There is nothing like the satisfaction of helping a buyer find a home that is the perfect fit or achieving a home sale that checks all my seller’s boxes. I approach real estate with the goal of serving my clients and helping each attain their real estate needs and dreams.
Hard work and tenacity are second nature to me. I was raised in Montana, served four years in the U.S. Navy, and earned my degree in Business Marketing and a Master’s Certification in IT Project Management. After moving to Seattle, my first job was as a sales rep for local grocery stores. This preparation helped me learn Puget Sound neighborhoods inside and out. This position also laid the foundation for the need to track sales and identify data trends to identify market opportunities and earn top dollar – just like in the real estate market.
Since joining Windermere Real Estate in April 2004, I have managed the sales for over 275 properties, totaling over $375,000,000 in sales volume. My area of expertise extends across the greater Puget Sound and focuses primarily on the sales of single-family homes, up to 4-plex multi-family properties. I have been proudly recognized as a FIVE Star Award Winner, a client service award given for excellence in customer service, for the past 11 years.
Whether you are buying your dream home or selling a property, I take pride in providing you with the facts about the dynamic real estate marketplace. I combine the power of Windermere with my own integrity, expertise, hard work, and passion to help people achieve their real estate dreams. My goal is to create clients – for life! I have worked with and provided understandable solutions to many clients and guided them over hurdles to become their lifelong, trusted advisor.
Other than real estate, my focus is on family. I love being a mom of two boys, plus a golden doodle named Annie who keeps us on our toes! I have volunteered in our community planting, shredding event, and the Toys 4 Tots Toy Drive. I have called the Eastside home for over 30 years, and it is an honor to be a member of this great community.
